The Westbury offices for Roger Bullivant Ltd are serviced by 6 DX ground source heat
pumps from American manufacturers ECR of Lakeland Florida. There 3 four ton and 3
three ton loop manifold buried beneath the car park.

The room conditions are maintained by Unico air handling systems which provides blown
air heating and cooling for all the various office areas.

The Unico system offers a balanced room temperature with a gradient of +/- 1 Deg. During summer cooling the heat extracted from the offices is deposited in the ground where it is extracted in the winter for heating.
